SUP is a great activity to enjoy with your friends or to connect with the spirit of the ocean on your own.

• Hourly rental: $15/person

• Hourly tandem rental: $20 for two people on one board

• All day rental: $45/board

Never SUP'd before? We recommend that everyone who wants to ocean SUP take a lesson. Our certified instructors will teach you how to read the waves, current and winds, paddle techniques, navigating your board (turns, reversing, and stops), and water entry and exit. The lesson includes a beach-based session, as well as instructor-led water training. Lessons last 1.5 hours. Lesson times are subject to wave, wind, and weather conditions.
